Reed is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients in Basingstoke.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking advice, servicing, and repairs for their vehicles.
- Provide customers with estimates and timely updates on the status of their vehicle's service or repair.
- Monitor workshop job progress, advising service reception of any delays or complications.
- Offer guidance and advice on mechanical and diagnostic queries as requested by Technicians.
- 30 days holiday, including Bank holidays, plus additional holiday entitlement for length of service milestones.
