Job Title: Senior Digital Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Thames Water. As a Senior Digital Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through digital channels, including social media, email, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with customers to provide support and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and training to junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a digital environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with social media platforms and customer service software.
