Job Description:

Job Title: Groundworks Supervisor

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Devonport, Plymouth

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of all duties for a Groundworks Supervisor and will be skilled in working with a top Main Contractor or on Civil's packages/projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate groundworks operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure all site personnel are aware of and comply with health and safety procedures.
  • Monitor and control site resources, including materials and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports and safety inspections.

Requirements:

  • Full understanding of all duties for a Groundworks Supervisor.
  • Skilled tradesperson with solid experience working with a top Main Contractor or on Civil's packages/projects.
  • Direct and clear communication skills at all times with strong site awareness.
  • CSCS Card Blue (Skilled Worker).
  • SSSTS.
