We are seeking a skilled Groundworks Supervisor to join our team at Reliable Contractors Limited. As a Groundworks Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of groundworks projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards and within the given timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate groundworks teams to ensure efficient project delivery
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Groundworks Supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of groundworks processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CSCS Card Blue (Skilled Worker) and SSSTS certification
- Competitive rates of pay
- Monday – Friday – Flat rate first 39 hours
- Time and a half after 39 hours
- Lodge / Mileage paid depending on distance
- Pension
- 30 days paid holiday including Bank Holidays
- Paid training and upskilling
- Safe working environment
