We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Senior Residential Support Workers in our Children\u2019s Residential setting in South West Complex Care.

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs. You will work closely with our experienced and supportive team to create a safe and nurturing environment that enables our residents to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to children and young people with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment by maintaining a clean and organized living space
  • Support residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Engage in activities that promote socialization, education, and personal growth
