Position Title: Senior Business Analyst - Identity Management

Location: Remote

Overview:

The Senior Business Analyst will spearhead initiatives focused on the development and oversight of user profiles and workflows within the Okta platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects aimed at the establishment and governance of Okta user profiles and associated workflows.
  • Administer user profiles within Okta, including the management of user groups and organizational structures.
  • Coordinate the user recertification processes within the Okta environment.

Core Duties:

  • Conduct business analysis, project management, and enhance operational processes.
  • Engage in system design, data evaluation, and interface analysis.
  • Develop a comprehensive Customer Identity and Access Management solution utilizing Okta.
  • Lead the team responsible for managing Okta user profiles.
  • Create and implement DocuSign forms, workflows, and interfaces to streamline user profile management.
  • Collaborate with the Information Security Officer and relevant stakeholders to innovate Okta user administration processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
  • Expertise in Organizational Change Management and the deployment of SaaS solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess system requirements and optimize business processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in projects related to criminal justice is preferred.

Note: Candidates must be located within the United States for the duration of the engagement.
