Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a vital role in optimizing our suite of management information reports, integrating data from multiple sources into SSRS and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement reports within SSRS from SQL data sources, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Expand and promote the adoption of self-serve Power BI dashboards across all business areas, driving business growth and decision-making.
  • Refine SQL jobs to enhance data performance and availability for reporting, ensuring seamless data integration.
  • Ensure data from various systems is available within the SQL data warehouse for reporting, providing a single source of truth.
  • Provide data and define processes within Finance for reconciling payments and receipts, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, ideally in an online travel setting, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficient in SQL, SSRS, and Power BI, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics to analyze customer website journeys and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Enthusiasm for using new technologies and tools to interpret data, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
