About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and data migrations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers, administrators, and other team members.
  • Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize Salesforce solutions for performance, scalability, and usability.
  • Establish environment and deployment automation (CI/CD) and automated testing.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce APIs).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
