Aviva Seeks Experienced Salesforce Technical Architect

As a seasoned Salesforce Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technology architectures for our platform(s). Your extensive expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Platform, will enable us to deliver innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs.

About the Job:

As a key member of our team, you will provide subject matter expertise, guidance, and support on complex architecture design and process development. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and design, anticipate, and advise on future architecture technology changes while solving complex and high-risk issues.

We operate a 'smart working' policy, allowing you to spend approximately half of your time working in an office. This role is based in London or Bristol, offering a great work-life balance and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, architectural diagrams, and configuration details.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce security best practices, authentication mechanisms, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that drive business value.

What We Offer:

  • National salary: £75,000; London salary: £85,000 (dependent on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity: 12% of annual salary (actual amount dependent on performance and Aviva's targets).
