Key Responsibilities

Execute specialized intervention strategies to aid students with distinct learning requirements, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Evaluate and Track Progress:
Contribute to the evaluation of student progress and provide constructive feedback to educators and families.

Oversee Classroom Dynamics:

Assume responsibility for managing classroom activities in the teacher's absence, ensuring a conducive and effective learning atmosphere.


Collaborate with Educational Staff:
Partner closely with educators, support personnel, and school leadership to exchange best practices and engage in school-wide initiatives.

Communicate with Families: Maintain effective communication with families to keep them updated on their child's progress and involve them in the educational journey.

Candidate Profile
To excel in this position, you will need:

Relevant Qualifications:
A Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, with substantial experience in a primary educational environment.

Experience:
Demonstrated experience as an educational support assistant, with a proven ability to enhance students' learning and development.

Passion for Teaching:
