Job Opportunity at Heathrow Personnel

We are seeking a highly skilled Freight Operations Team Lead to join our team at Heathrow Personnel. As a key member of our pharma operations department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the transportation of goods and ensuring seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange transportation of goods and liaise with handling agents and airlines to make bookings for shipments.
  • Deal with all modes of transport and utilize the Cargowise system to manage logistics operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with GDP pharma regulations and maintain high standards of quality control.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of import/export procedures and experience in time-critical/pharma shipments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of the Cargowise system and experience with logistics software.
