About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Physiotherapist to join our community-based therapy team in Bideford, North Devon. As a vital member of the multidisciplinary team, the post holder will deliver clinical leadership and specialist assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and advice to patients and their carers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality clinical leadership and specialist assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and advice to patients and their carers.
  • Work with the Therapy team lead and advanced practice Occupational Therapist to develop the service in line with patient need and trust-wide progress.
  • Develop and implement service development initiatives to improve patient outcomes and experience.
  • Provide education and training to staff and students on physiotherapy practices and techniques.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to physiotherapy services.
Requirements
  • Advanced Practitioner Physiotherapist qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience in community-based physiotherapy services.
  • Strong leadership and clinical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
