We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Costa Coffee in Stone. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading your team to achieve excellent brand standards and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Maximize profit by driving sales and controlling costs
  • Process stock counts and orders
  • Partner with the Store Manager to set targets for the team
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members
  • Take ownership of customer feedback and respond in a timely manner
