Role Overview

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment as a Supervisor at Moto Services. As a key member of our management team, you will be empowered to drive results and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead teams to achieve and deliver excellent brand standards and customer service
  • Maximize profit by driving sales and controlling costs
  • Process stock counts and orders
  • Partner with the Store Manager in setting targets for the team to achieve
  • Provide coaching and feedback to Team Members, identifying training needs where necessary
  • Take ownership of customer feedback, responding appropriately in a timely manner
  • Support the team with preparing food and refreshments

About You

  • Previous experience of leading or supervising a team highly desirable
  • Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
  • Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
  • Ability to work on own initiative and make reasoned decisions under pressure
