People and Office Operations Manager – Hybrid Working Opportunity

Are you seeking a diverse position that merges human resources, office administration, and operational duties?

We are collaborating with a dynamic organization in the medical device sector that is experiencing significant expansion following recent funding. They are in search of a People and Office Operations Manager to join their team.

This role is newly established and will report directly to the executive leadership team, making it a pivotal position within the corporate structure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee HR functions, including managing employee absences and leave
  • Ensure that management is equipped with the necessary HR training and facilitate the development of all staff members
  • Administer training initiatives and assist in formulating training budgets
  • Handle general office administration, ensuring that equipment is operational and supplies are adequately stocked
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and assist senior management with scheduling
  • Take charge of the organization’s data protection compliance and audit processes

Candidate Profile:
To be considered for the role of People and Office Operations Manager, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a human resources capacity or related responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Compensation Package:
The successful candidate will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
  • 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays
  • 4% pension contribution

Working Hours:
  • Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM
  • One day of remote work per week
