Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Adjuster to join our team at AXA Group. As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Casualty reinsurance claims for the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a portfolio of International & US Casualty claims across London Market and Lloyd's platforms.
- Ensure adherence to reserving philosophy and compliance with company protocols.
- Participate in Cedent claim review activities for internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Collaborate with Underwriting and Actuarial teams on claim issues and review of reinsurance contracts.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers and market peers.
- Monitor trends in Casualty claims and keep stakeholders informed.
- Stay updated on legal developments and changes in legislation impacting portfolios.
- Collaborate with the Global claims team on common claims and internal processes.
Requirements:
- Prior Claims experience in the Reinsurance industry.
- Knowledge of International & US Casualty claims preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and sound judgment.
- Ability to work independently while operating in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
