About the Role:

As a key member of the TechNET IT Recruitment Limited team, we are seeking a seasoned Chief Technology Officer to spearhead our IT initiatives and drive digital transformation efforts. This strategic role involves developing and implementing cutting-edge IT strategies to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and competitive edge across the organization.

  • Develop and Execute a Comprehensive Digital Transformation Strategy: Design and implement a forward-thinking digital transformation strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
  • Oversee IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Digital Tool Integration: Ensure the security, integrity, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure, including cybersecurity measures and digital tool integration.
  • Manage Technology Vendor Selection and Contract Negotiations: Lead the process of selecting and negotiating contracts with technology vendors to ensure the best value for the company.
  • Lead and Mentor a Diverse IT Team: Foster a high-performing IT team by providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Collaborate with Business Leaders: Work closely with business leaders to identify and implement technology solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Manage Risk, Compliance, and Financial Planning: Ensure that IT investments are aligned with business objectives and that risk, compliance, and financial planning are effectively managed.

Essential Experience:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Leadership in Digital Transformation and IT Strategy: A track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and developing effective IT strategies.
  • Strong Technical Acumen: In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud environments, and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent Financial Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and Team Management Skills: Proven ability to manage budgets, engage stakeholders, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Familiarity with EDI, IBM Power Systems, and Asure Environments: Experience working with these technologies and environments.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Related Field: A degree in a relevant field and relevant certifications.
  • Relevant Certifications: Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or ISO27001 are highly desirable.
