Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute a Comprehensive Digital Transformation Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of a digital transformation strategy that enhances productivity, operational efficiency, and competitive edge across the organization.
  2. Oversee IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Digital Tool Integration: Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital tool integration to ensure seamless operations and minimize risks.
  3. Manage Technology Vendor Selection and Contract Negotiations: Manage the selection and negotiation of technology vendors to ensure optimal solutions and cost-effective contracts.
  4. Lead and Mentor a Diverse IT Team: Lead and mentor a diverse IT team to deliver projects on time and within budget, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  5. Collaborate with Business Leaders: Collaborate with business leaders to identify and implement technology solutions that drive business growth and success.
  6. Manage Risk, Compliance, and Financial Planning: Manage risk, compliance, and financial planning for IT investments to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Proven Leadership in Digital Transformation and IT Strategy: Proven leadership experience in digital transformation and IT strategy, with a track record of delivering successful projects and initiatives.
  2. Strong Technical Acumen: Strong technical acumen, including cybersecurity and cloud environments, with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and digital tool integration.
  3. Excellent Financial Management and Stakeholder Engagement Skills: Excellent financial management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Familiarity with EDI, IBM Power Systems, and Asure Environments: Familiarity with EDI, IBM Power Systems, and Asure environments, with experience in implementing and managing these systems.

Education and Certifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Related Field: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, with a strong foundation in computer systems, software development, and data management.
  2. Relevant Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as PMP, ITIL, or ISO27001, are advantageous and demonstrate a commitment to professional development and excellence.
