SWIM INSTRUCTORS WANTED AT FREEDOM LEISURE

At Freedom Leisure, we are dedicated to promoting swimming skills and water safety within our communities. We aim to help individuals of all ages and abilities gain confidence in the water, enhance their swimming techniques, and develop essential water skills. As we expand our program, we are seeking Swim England Level 2 qualified instructors or those with equivalent qualifications to become part of our enthusiastic and skilled team.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional swimming lessons, whether in group settings or one-on-one sessions. A passion for swimming and teaching is essential, along with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver swimming instruction to children and adults as part of the Leisure Centre's swimming lesson program, based on your qualifications and experience.
  • Engage with parents or guardians regarding their children's progress and development within the program.
  • Assist in supervising customers in and around the swimming pool, ensuring their safety and maintaining discipline.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to work closely with customers.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, and motivation.
  • Complete an enhanced DBS check.
