We are seeking passionate and qualified swimming teachers to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a swimming teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults of all ages and abilities.

About the Role

  • Teach swimming lessons to groups or individuals, following established lesson plans and guidelines.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents/guardians.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
  • Supervise customers in the swimming pool and surrounding areas, ensuring their safety and discipline.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and improve teaching skills.

Requirements

  • Level 2 swimming teaching qualification (training can be provided for the right applicant).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
