Job Title: Field Service Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Southampton and Portsmouth areas. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of wastewater equipment, including pumps, filtration equipment, and other related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on wastewater equipment
  • Conduct site visits to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance
  • Previous experience in a field-based role or service engineer position
  • Strong knowledge of wastewater equipment and systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
