As a result of ongoing expansion, the firm is looking to add a skilled family solicitor to their team, specifically to handle children-related legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of a collaborative team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of publicly funded children matters, which may include:
- Prohibited step orders
- Child arrangement orders, including residence and contact orders
- Specific issue orders
Additionally, you will be expected to undertake your own advocacy in court.
