Job Title: Move Coordinator
Job Summary:
Red Recruit is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Move Coordinator to join our team. As a Move Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire move process from initiation to completion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Receive initiations and arrange pre-move surveys to ensure a smooth transition for our clients.
- Communicate with clients to advise them on customs regulations, shipping allowances, and transit times.
- Cost moves and ensure that clients remain within their shipping allowance.
- Coordinate the move process, including obtaining customs forms and protection cover documentation.
- Produce agent paperwork in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Provide status updates to accounts and produce sales invoices in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- At least 12 months of experience in a customer-focused role within removals, shipping, or transport.
- Ideal experience in a transferable market such as property.
- Excellent communication skills.
