Role Responsibilities
- Manage task requests and project planning through JIRA.
- Obtain quotes and manage operational expenses effectively.
- Document and communicate project planning details to relevant stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with contractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor maintenance activities.
- Maintain a Permit to Work log for contractors and maintenance operations.
- Provide out-of-hours support for emergency situations and contractor management.
- Prepare sites for adverse weather conditions.
- Oversee the cleaning, facilities, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards across all internal and external areas.
- Support the management of canteen services and third-party security firms.
Candidate Profile
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
