Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at FalconSmartIT. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in enhancing our business processes and technological capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing ESB systems to understand their capabilities, limitations, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, workflow processes, and system domain models.
  • Collaborate with API Service Architects and other teams to identify business needs and define complex business processes.
  • Provide professional consultancy and support for application teams' queries and requests.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks, formulate preventive actions or corrective measures, and escalate major project risks and issues to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Deep experience as a Business Systems Analyst in financial systems and banking services.
  • Strong knowledge of ESB (RabbitMQ), API, and microservices technologies, including REST and SOAP protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with modeling APIs using Domain-Driven Design principles.
  • Good understanding of cloud services (Azure) and their impact on technology strategy.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to operate well across cultures and in multi-cultural, diverse work environments.
Desirable Skills:
  • Good knowledge of.NET technologies.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
