This agency has achieved remarkable success, doubling its sales and units under management annually for the past three years. As a result, we are in search of a seasoned Lettings Operations Manager to become a permanent member of the team.

Joining the agency at this exciting juncture means you will not be confined to a traditional office environment or the stress of commuting through Bristol's traffic. The role is fully remote, with property visits scheduled as necessary. You will have the freedom to shape your role and contribute to its evolution over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and mentor a team of five remote administrative professionals, providing necessary guidance and training.
  • Manage daily operations of the lettings business, including property inspections, rental pricing, and tenant inquiries.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are upheld in all interactions with landlords and tenants.
  • Resolve tenant issues and manage crisis situations with sound judgment and quick decision-making.
  • Utilize proprietary workflow systems and software tools like FixFlo and Xero to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain high ethical standards in all dealings, fostering a culture of honesty and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential lettings or property management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a remote team.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a growing agency environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Proven ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced setting.
  • Self-motivated with a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
  • Proficient with technology and able to adapt to new systems.
  • ARLA qualification is preferred, or a willingness to pursue certification with company support.
  • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as required.
