Away Resorts is a leading provider of unique holiday experiences in the UK. We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to join our team at Sandy Balls Holiday Village, a stunning woodland retreat in the heart of the New Forest.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Venue Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our resort, including the bar and restaurant, and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the resort, including the bar and restaurant, and ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly.
  • Maximise sales and revenue through effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and order supplies as necessary.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are enforced and that the resort is maintained to a high standard.
  • Contribute to the development of new projects and initiatives to drive business growth.
