About the Role

Care South is seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care and Support Professional at Fern Brook Lodge residential care home.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, providing person-centered care and support to enable them to remain as independent as possible.

As a Care and Support Professional, you will be responsible for identifying the needs and abilities of our residents, delivering excellent care, and building relationships to create a co-operative and welcoming atmosphere in the home.

We are looking for someone who is naturally compassionate, understanding, and has a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others. Previous care experience is not essential, as we provide a full induction and training program to support you in your role.
