Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Management Accountant to join our team at LeasePlan UK. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and guidance to our management accounting team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to support business growth and decision-making.
    • Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business strategy.
  • Management Accounting
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations and permanent supervision controls.
    • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial results.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
    • Communicate financial information and insights to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Chartered or Certified Accountant (ICAEW, ICAS, CIMA, or ACCA).
  • Experience
    • Proven experience in management accounting and financial leadership roles.
    • Strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
