Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering expert technical assistance to current clients through various communication channels.
  • Providing training and support to both internal and external application engineers.

  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation and communications.
  • Collaborating with clients to develop exceptional technical solutions utilizing the company's products.

Requirements:
The organization is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for multiple Technical Support Specialists. Ideal candidates will possess:
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electronic Engineering.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • An understanding of customer needs, including familiarity with standard manufacturing processes.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in producing high-quality technical documentation.
  • A valid passport for unrestricted travel as required.
  • A valid UK driving license.

Desirable Skills:
While training will be provided in new areas, the following experience is advantageous:
  • Experience with standalone automation systems, such as PLCs or motion controllers.
  • Familiarity with programming languages, including C, BASIC, or Python.
  • Knowledge of standard IEC programming languages.
  • Experience in the application and configuration of industrial robots.
  • Understanding of servo and/or stepper drives and motors.
  • Experience with real-time deterministic networks like EtherCAT or Profinet RT.
  • Skills in programming and configuring touch-screen HMIs.
  • Practical experience with electrical interfacing in automation systems.
