Gartner is seeking a highly experienced Employee Relations Director to lead our expanding Center of Excellence (COE) for EMEA and APAC regions, with a particular focus on the United Kingdom. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and our in-house employment law team to shape and enhance our approach to employee relations across these key markets.
Your Impact
- Provide expert guidance and counsel to managers and employees on a wide range of employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Develop and implement effective strategies and programs to promote a positive and productive work environment, fostering a culture of respect, fairness, and inclusion.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and grievances, ensuring impartiality and adherence to legal requirements and company policies.
- Stay abreast of evolving employment laws and regulations in EMEA and APAC, advising the organization on compliance and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues across the globe to share knowledge, best practices, and insights related to employee relations.
