Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated General Practice Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, working closely with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, including clinical reviews, assessments, and treatments.
- Work closely with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our healthcare services.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
- Registered nurse with current NMC registration and active PIN.
- Post-registration study in topics allied to general practice.
- Chronic disease management qualifications.
- Competence to undertake Asthma, COPD, and Diabetic clinics/reviews and hold relevant certificates.
- Understanding of health and safety issues.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Experience of supporting people, their families, and carers in a related role.
- Experience of working in primary care.
- Knowledge of QOF requirements.
