Responsibilities of a Nursery Nurse/Educator
· As a keyworker, you will ensure that each child's unique needs are met, including providing support for parents with any SEND/ASL requirements.
· Take responsibility for observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in accordance with EYFS, offering developmentally appropriate next steps.
· Foster an environment that encourages and celebrates children's growth and accomplishments.
· Most importantly, ensure that the experience is enjoyable and engaging for everyone involved.
*To qualify for this position, a Level 3 Childcare qualification and managerial experience are required.*
