About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Busy Bees Oxford Rockwell Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement effective observation, assessment, and planning strategies to support children's learning and development.
  • Work closely with parents and carers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursery policies and procedures.
