Job Summary

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Busy Bees Nurseries. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the team in providing high-quality childcare and education to our young children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the needs of every individual child are met, including supporting parents with any Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) requirements.
  • Take ownership of observation, assessment, and planning for your key children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and provide developmentally challenging next steps, as well as supporting the staff team.
  • Encourage and praise children's development and achievements while guiding and managing the team in your room.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote children's learning and development.
