About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Oxford Rockwell Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the staff in your room, ensuring that every individual child's needs are met, and providing developmentally challenging next steps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure every child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
  • Take ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS.
  • Guide and manage the team in your room, ensuring that we encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
  • Have FUN
