The ideal candidate will be well-organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The role is hybrid, with a mix of office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars for executives
- Assist executives in preparing for meetings and presentations
- Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Draft high-quality documents, slides, and meeting notes for executives
- Relevant degree and 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other productivity tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
