Position: Care Support Specialist

Location: South Shields

Salary: £11.45 per hour

Shift Patterns: Flexible shifts available from Monday to Sunday, including mornings, evenings, and overnight.

Your Role: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialists to join our innovative team at our brain injury rehabilitation service. This role is an incredible opportunity to contribute to the lives of individuals in a supportive environment.

As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those we support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living activities and personal care
- Encouraging participation in community activities and social interactions
- Supporting individuals in developing new skills and confidence
- Engaging in therapeutic exercises tailored to individual needs

What We Value: We are looking for individuals who possess both the right experience and values. Ideal candidates will have:
- A full UK driving license
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Previous experience working with individuals with acquired brain injuries is preferred
