About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Carer to join our team at Belong. As a Senior Carer, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

As a member of our care team, you will work closely with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and personal care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in care and support.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents.
