About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Carer to join our team at Belong, where we deliver exceptional care in our Village community styled home.

As a Senior Carer, you will play a vital role in providing support to our residents, ensuring that Belong's high standards of care and values are upheld in everything we do.

You will be responsible for encouraging independence in our residents, while retaining a duty of care for their wellbeing. This is a truly rewarding role that requires a caring and professional approach.

About You

We are looking for someone who is friendly, enthusiastic, and prepared to experiment and find different ways of doing things. You will need to be a team player, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
