Research Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to join our team at the Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute. As a member of our group, you will contribute to cutting-edge translational research aimed at understanding the complex multicellular ecosystems that drive breast cancer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct computational analysis of highly multiplexed tissue imaging data to understand breast tumor ecosystems.
- Develop and apply novel computational methods to characterize regulators of the tumor microenvironment and their impact on immunotherapy response.
- Collaborate with our team to design and implement experiments to test hypotheses generated from computational analysis.
Requirements:
- PhD in computational biology, immunology, or a related field.
- Experience in computational analysis of high-dimensional data and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong publication record in reputable scientific journals.
