Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Long- and Short-Call Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the independence of our clients by providing high-quality care and support in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care and support to clients with neurological conditions, including acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries, or progressive diseases.
- Follow established care plans and routines to ensure the well-being and safety of clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Monitor and record changes in client conditions, reporting any concerns to the care team.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care services.
Requirements
- Valid full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Experience working in care and support services, preferably with individuals with neurological conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of the principles of dignity and respect in care delivery.
