Job Title: Live-In Care Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Live-In Care Assistant. As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will provide non-medical support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
  • Medication management
  • Meal preparation
  • Home help, including cleaning and maintaining the client's home
  • Companionship and emotional support

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working with individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's, or other neurological conditions
  • Ability to drive a mobility car
  • Experience with hoists and moving and handling

Requirements:

  • Experience in care or a related field
  • Ability to treat clients and their property with dignity and respect
  • Ability to adapt to different living environments and locations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability and flexibility
