YOUR ROLE:
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently
- Serve as a role model for your team, exemplifying high service standards
- Ensure compliance with all sales targets, operational objectives, policies, and procedures
- Foster effective communication and relationships with your team and senior management
- Drive team performance through efficient management of productivity, individual goals, employee relations, and coaching
- Oversee staff scheduling while adhering to payroll budgets, adjusting to trading patterns as necessary
- Optimize team coverage during peak trading times
- Safeguard the Kurt Geiger brand by ensuring all team members uphold personal presentation standards
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising in alignment with company guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in retail management
- Background in a fashion-forward footwear, accessory, or fashion brand
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and collaborate effectively to meet KPIs
- Impeccable presentation that reflects our luxury and fashion-forward brand ethos
