About the Role
We are seeking a highly ambitious and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Chisholm Hunter, a leading luxury retail company. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to maximize sales opportunities within the store and ensure that our clients are delighted with our remarkable products and a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- People Management: Support your manager by holding regular one-to-one meetings with the team, coaching and developing, and contributing to creating a winning environment and celebrating success.
- Sales Floor Management: In conjunction with the store manager, ensure all basic processes are followed and client needs are being met.
- Stock Management: Support the Store Manager to review and analyze data to make informed decisions regarding stock and merchandising.
- Building Long Lasting Client Relationships: Take customer care to the next level and go the extra mile.
