We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Assistant at Taras Retreat Care Home.

About the Role

As a Front of House Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support to the senior administrator, enabling them to focus on supporting the home manager. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the home administrator with daily tasks and duties
  • Covering the front of the house until 18:00 hours, ensuring the home is fully supported
  • Undertaking receptionist and telephone duties, addressing queries, taking messages, and greeting and assisting visitors
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere for enquirers, show rounds, new residents, and friends
  • Understanding and adhering to restrictions and security checks for people arriving at the door
  • Managing arrangements for site visits of potential residents and relatives
