**Monday-Thursday: 8.30am-5pm, Friday: 8.30am-4pm**
**Office-based - no remote**
We are now recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a supportive company that invests in its colleagues and can offer benefits and flexibility to aid a good work-life-balance.
This is a varied and interesting role within a small, friendly office

**Key responsibilities of the Office Administrator**:
- Responsible for the co-ordination & processing of machine sales
- Assist with spare parts - previous experience of CRM & or stock systems beneficial
- Credit Control & liaising with accountants
- Liaising with Shippers
- Maintain databases
- Events & activity support
- General office duties to include overseeing of facilities
**For this Office Administrator role, the employer is looking for**:
- Use of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word
- Numeracy - previous experience of bookkeeping & or Xero would be beneficial
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A flexible approach, happy to help out where required
- Ability to prioritise & manage workload
- Able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team
