**Job Summary**

The post holder will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality clinical care to children with complex healthcare needs. They will work closely with carers and parents, offering ongoing support and guidance. The role requires the ability to work across various community and acute settings, including the City of Edinburgh, East, Mid, and West Lothian.

This position necessitates the post holder to have a valid PVG Scheme membership or record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group, they will need to apply to Disclosure Scotland and meet the necessary requirements before commencing in the role.
