About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Akari Care. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our care teams to create a warm and welcoming environment that feels like home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional care to residents, observing and reviewing their needs to ensure their well-being and safety.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of care plans, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Support the training and supervision of junior colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive community, fostering strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
