We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at ScS - Sofa Carpet Specialist. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing expert advice on our range of furniture and flooring products, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and engage with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized product recommendations.
- Accurately process customer orders, manage stock levels, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver a 5-star customer experience.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
